1. Who handles your information
Radiance Workstation is the trading brand of a sole proprietor providing the software and account portal. The proprietor operating under this brand is responsible for account information covered by this policy. Contact hello@radiance-workstation.com for privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we collect
We use the account details you provide, such as your name and email address, and organization details you choose to submit. We also handle plan and subscription records, registered-device and license activity, support requests, and limited technical and security information needed to operate the service. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full payment-card details in this portal.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, deliver downloads and licensed access, manage organization membership, maintain billing records, answer support requests, and prevent misuse. Processing is based on providing the service you request, legitimate operational and security needs, applicable legal obligations, or consent where required.
4. Workstation and patient data
This account portal is not a medical-image repository. Do not submit DICOM images, RTSTRUCT files, patient identifiers, or confidential clinical information to the portal or support. Desktop project storage and any collaboration sharing are managed separately in the workstation. You are responsible for lawful use and appropriate de-identification of learning materials.
5. Support and diagnostics
Support requests contain the details you submit and identify the submitting account. While you are signed in with a verified account, limited error diagnostics may be sent to help resolve problems, including the application version and relevant application code locations. Automatic reports exclude exception messages, patient data, medical images, and file contents. Please avoid including confidential information in messages.
6. Service providers and international processing
We work with service providers to operate and protect our website, accounts, and payment services. Information is shared only as needed to provide the service, maintain security, or meet legal requirements; we do not sell your personal information. Our payment provider handles purchase information under its own privacy policy. Information may be processed outside your country, with applicable legal safeguards where required.
7. Browser storage and security
The portal uses browser storage for essential account sessions and service functionality. We use technical and access controls intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and use a trusted device. If optional non-essential tracking is introduced, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
8. Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the account, handle support, protect the service, and meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other available privacy rights by emailing hello@radiance-workstation.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained even after account closure. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.
